The service

Bridgyu (桥语) helps export teams talk to overseas buyers on WhatsApp in Chinese: AI translation and polish, a back-translation check, and sending only after you approve. Features may change before launch.

Accounts and teams

Each organization is managed by the admin who created it. The admin invites members and assigns WhatsApp accounts and roles. Account security and responsibilities: [TBD].

WhatsApp rules

You must follow WhatsApp’s terms and local law, and must not send spam or unwanted messages. The product only replies in conversations the buyer started and offers no bulk sending. The WhatsApp connection uses an unofficial gateway, so there is a risk that WhatsApp restricts a number; we cannot promise zero risk.

Limits of AI translation

AI translation and back-translation can be wrong. Check the translation, back-translation and number check before you send; every message is sent on your confirmation, and you are responsible for what you send.
